Peyton Manning, Von Miller laud 'good day' at joint practice with 49ers

The Broncos kicked off joint practice with the San Francisco 49ers blasting "Don't Panic" by French Montana, likely echoing the sentiments of many elated Broncos' fans when they heard of the signing of two-time Pro Bowl left guard Evan Mathis.

Mathis, who had a brief cameo at Wednesday's practice, is expected to bring experience and talent to a mostly young offensive line.

Receiver Emmanuel Sanders, safety Ross Madison and linebacker Lerentee McCray joined Mathis as players at practice, but not in shells like the rest of the team.

Sanders said yesterday he was "day to day" and Kubiak said his status for Saturday's game is uncertain.
