Denver Broncos linebacker Von Miller will not face charges in regards to an ongoing investigation by the Parker Police Department, the district attorney's office said in a statement Friday.
Police in Parker, Colorado, confirmed in January that Miller was the subject of investigation, but they did not specify a reason.
Miller's attorney, Harvey Steinberg, was unavailable for comment.
Miller missed the 2020 season after he suffered an ankle injury in practice just days before the opener. He has an option clause in his contract that if the Broncos pick up would guarantee $7 million of his $17.
