With training camp rapidly approaching and Coronavirus on the rise around the country, questions of safety are beginning to surface. The NFLPA thinks it may become difficult for the NFL to stick to its training camp schedule with several states and cities marked as “hot spot” locations for COVID-19.
The NFLPA's questioning of whether it's prudent to open training camps in some "hot spot" cities underscores the larger concerns of some: If camps can't open as scheduled, it becomes more difficult to begin the regular season on time.

If those key dates are missed, then we’ll likely see not just the start of training camp delayed, but also the start of the regular season delayed.
