Tom Pelissero of USA Today is reporting that the NFL has closed their investigation of Aqib Talib and won’t suspend or fine him for 2016 shooting incident.
This is obviously great news for Talib, as there was some concern that the league may discipline him, given the fact that he’s had a number off-the-field issues during his NFL career.
Pelissero adds that Talib must complete firearm safety course and submit a list of his weapons.
Police have said that Talib admitted to accidentally shooting himself last year.
Talib, 31, is a former first-round pick of the Buccaneers back in 2008.
