ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- It's only a matter of time before the Broncos leave the U.S. for a regular-season game again, and the possibilities will only increase in the coming years.
Wednesday at league meetings, NFL owners approved a resolution that continues the NFL International Series through the 2025 season and could include games in other nations outside of the United Kingdom, where the league has played annual games at London's Wembley Stadium since 2007.
Eighteen of the league's 32 clubs have played regular-season games at Wembley, including the Broncos in 2010. That number will increase to 20 as the Buffalo Bills and Kansas City Chiefs visit in Weeks 7 and 8.
