Deion Sanders’ swagger-fest introduction as the University of Colorado’s new head football coach played out Sunday as the Broncos put together another stagger-fest of an offensive outing in Baltimore.
That didn’t stop first-year head coach Nathaniel Hackett from welcoming the NFL Hall of Famer to the state Monday.
“I congratulate him, what a great opportunity,” Hackett said. “What he did at Jackson State was unbelievable and it shows how good of a coach he is. Very excited for him and the state of Colorado to have him here.
“I met him one time as a kid, he probably wouldn’t remember that, but it’s Prime Time.
