More than 100 breast cancer survivors will be honored at Sunday's game

Sunday’s game will feature a number of breast cancer branding elements around Sports Authority Field at Mile High, including game balls with pink ribbon decals, pink apparel and equipment for players and referees, and breast cancer awareness pompoms for cheerleaders.

Pink apparel worn by players during Sunday’s game and throughout the month of October will be auctioned on NFL.com to raise funds for the American Cancer Society and at Denver’s Pink Tie Affair in November, benefitting Susan G. Komen Colorado.

The game will also honor more than 100 breast cancer survivors during halftime. VIP survivors, selected beforehand, will also participate in a pregame pink-champagne brunch, where President and CEO Joe Ellis will speak and each survivor will receive a commemorative pin, hat and pink Broncos shirt.
