A bit of bad news this morning. Denver Broncos running back Melvin Gordon III was cited for speeding and hit with a DUI on Tuesday night. Gordon was going 25 MPH over the posted speed limit. There is no word on punishment from the team or the league at this point. According to 9News, Gordon’s expected to be arraigned on Friday, November 13th.
The Denver Broncos issued the following statement after the news broke this morning: “We are aware of the situation involving Melvin Gordon. Our organization has been in communication with him and is in the process of gathering more details.
