Another former Broncos defender has moved on in free agency. Outside linebacker Lerentee McCray signed contract with the Green Bay Packers Monday, a NFL source confirmed.
McCray was a restricted free agent, but the Broncos did not tender him an offer allowing him to sign freely with another team.
McCray played in 24 regular season and four postseason games for the Broncos over the past two seasons totaling 24 tackles, 1.5 sacks and a forced fumble.
He joined the Broncos in 2013 as an undrafted free agent spending his rookie season on injured reserve with an ankle injury before making the roster as a reserve outside linebacker over the past two seasons.
