We should all just surrender with the Broncos and watch hockey this fall. (Oh wait, we can’t. But that’s another topic.) There will be no major changes with the Broncos until there’s a new owner. The new owner will want a new coach and staff, and the trust (led by president Joe Ellis) doesn’t want to saddle the franchise with two sets of coaching buyouts instead of one. Vic Fangio and company are the night crew keeping things warm until new ownership shows up.

Kiz: I have been assured that if Ellis, John Elway and general manager George Paton decide a coaching change needs to be made, Fangio will be let go and replaced before the sale of the franchise is complete.
