Prior to Dec. 8, 2019, Jeremiah Attaochu was just another hard name to pronounce.
But after that Sunday in Houston, as Joe Rowles put it on the tweeter machine, it’s time to learn the name.
In the Denver Broncos 38-24 win over the Houston Texans, Attaochu recorded two sacks and was part of the best defensive play of the season. The defensive end recovered a fumble, heard a plea from safety Kareem Jackson to give him the ball, Attaochu tossed it to him and Jackson proceeded to scramble 70 yards for the touchdown.
