Is John Lynch worthy of the Denver Broncos Ring of Fame honor?

It's a question many have posed since the new Denver Broncos Ring of Fame members were announced on Tuesday. The answer is yes, but perhaps a little soon.

When the Denver Broncos unveiled the newest inductees to the Ring of Fame there was one name that seemed to be a bit out of place. Jason Elam is hugely worthy and Simon Fletcher's induction was long overdue. Then there was John Lynch who played for the Broncos for four seasons and helped those mid-2000s teams achieve tremendous success.

Team President, Joe Ellis, gave his reasoning behind the selection saying, "The final member is John Lynch, who played for us for only four years, but made four Pro Bowls, was a great leader and had a terrific season in 2005.
