When we all thought that the Denver Broncos would not be adding another quarterback to the roster, John Elway comes out of left field. This time, the team brought in Nick Stevens to be the team’s fourth quarterback.
Stevens is a product of Colorado State. It will certainly help having a hometown guy in the Broncos system. During his time as a Ram, Nick Stevens threw for over 8,500 yards with 70 touchdowns and 29 interceptions.
After going undrafted, he participated in the minicamps of the Washington Redskins and Green Bay Packers. Both teams decided to release him.
