Yesterday, it was announced that Broncos starting linebacker Alex Singleton suffered an ACL injury and would miss the remainder of the 2024 season. This is a big blow to the Broncos defense as they lose their leading tackler and at a position where they do not have much depth. Replacing him will not be easy but the Broncos have already made a few moves to help replace Singleton in the lineup by signing veterans Kwon Alexander and Zach Cunningham to their practice squad. They currently have Cody Barton, Justin Strnad, and Kristian Welch on the active roster but it is hard to get excited about any of the three taking over for Singleton.
