If Bo Nix’s four touchdown throws, 321 yards passing and 47 yards rushing in Sunday’s evisceration of the Chiefs didn’t wear him out, the lap around the stadium afterward certainly did.

The rookie quarterback was so excited about leading his team out of its eight-season playoff drought, he decided to high-five all the fans hanging around the perimeter at the end of the 38-0 shellacking.

He learned something from that experience.

“I learned I’ve got to run a little bit more during the week, because that’s a long little lap,” Nix joked. “I was a little tired at the end.
