Highlight: Perhaps Andre Caldwell's best ability is his reliability. In eight seasons, he has played for two teams and three head coaches. He has appeared in 91 games but made only 18 starts. He is the NFL's version of the utility player. After a slow go early in camp as Cody Latimer received extra reps, Caldwell made multiple big plays on Tuesday, including beating cornerback Aqib Talib on a long touchdown pass from Peyton Manning.
"He has not hung his chin," coach Gary Kubiak said. "He's a veteran player who knows all the positions and he plays special teams.
