Heading into the season, fans and media were cautiously optimistic about tight end Greg Dulcich. He made it through camp and the preseason healthy and the hope was there that he would finally be the receiving threat at tight end that the Denver Broncos have been missing. Well, through the first four games, Dulcich has just 5 receptions for 28 yards.
It has been a disappointing start for the explosive tight end. We saw him struggle with drops in the opener and be a liability as a blocker when on the field. Head coach Sean Payton was asked about getting Dulcich more involved on offense and he told reporters that it is a “work in progress”.
