A year and a half after Gatorade released its "Made In New York" Derek Jeter retirement spot, the sports drink maker rolled out a unique tribute to Peyton Manning on Thursday.
In its new "Dear Peyton" campaign, the company tracked down people who received hand-written letters from Manning and filmed them reading portions of the letters, set to an instrumental recording of Bob Dylan's "The Times Are A Changin."
Among those featured in the campaign are Manning's brother (and fellow NFL quarterback) Eli Manning and father Archie Manning; former coaches and teammates Tony Dungy, David Cutcliffe, Demaryius Thomas, Brandon Stokley; and people whom Manning befriended, including Derek Jeter and the mother of a son who passed away from leukemia.
