Robert “Red” Miller was the guy that helped bring the Denver Broncos to their winning ways. His accomplishments as a head coach for this franchise have been nothing short of phenomenal. Now Broncos Country is mourning the loss of this amazing coach.
The Broncos organization has learned that Red Miller passed away Wednesday morning. Complications from a stroke was the cause of his death. He was 89 years old.
Red Miller had an overall record of 40-22 in his four seasons as head coach. In his first year, he led the Denver Broncos to their first ever AFC West title and Super Bowl appearance.
