The Denver Broncos finally put together a complete game against a bad New York Jets team. The offense scored consistently, although they continued to struggle in the red zone settling for field goals over touchdowns. The defense did its job too helping the team cruise to a 26-0 victory and a 3-0 start to the season.
First Quarter
Both teams traded punts to start the game, but then the Broncos offense came alive. They averted disaster after Teddy Bridgewater was sacked on a second down to setup a long third and nine. He found KJ Hamler wide open down the field for a 28-yard gain and a first down.
