Who's hot: Quarterback Phillip Rivers is having one of his best seasons as despite the Chargers' woes. He threw for 300 yards, four touchdowns and no interceptions against the Jaguars. Rivers trails only Tom Brady in total passing yards, and he's second behind Drew Brees in completion percentage.
