ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- Not everybody has signed on the dotted line yet, but barring an unexpected stumble, Denver Broncos coach Vance Joseph's staff on defense will bear a striking similarity to the staff Gary Kubiak had on that side of the ball last season.
The most notable absence will be Wade Phillips, who is now the Los Angeles Rams' defensive coordinator. But as of Wednesday, in the wake of Joe Woods being formally announced as the team's new defensive coordinator and Marcus Robertson as the new defensive backs coach, the Broncos were on track to retain defensive line coach Bill Kollar, linebackers coach Reggie Herring and outside linebackers coach Fred Pagac.
