When the Denver Broncos selected Dre’Mont Jones in the 2019 NFL Draft, it was noted that he has the ability to play anywhere along the defensive line. That should please everybody in Broncos Country, especially defensive line coach Bill Kollar.
The decision to let defensive tackle Domata Peko walk in free agency created a hole in the defensive line. They will still have Shelby Harris, who has been a great addition to the Denver Broncos defense. Adding Jones should help tremendously.
The Broncos are running a 3-4 defense, which means there will be three defensive linemen and four linebackers on the field in their base look.
