The Denver Broncos have been searching for the right quarterback to lead the team since the retirement of Peyton Manning. They have gone through a number of guys to try and fill that void left when Manning left.
Running back Devontae Booker said in a press conference after OTAs on Friday that current quarterback Joe Flacco has the leadership skills the team needs, while past quarterbacks were not so good at that part of running an offense.
To hear this is not surprising to me. I personally had noticed that past quarterbacks looked to be very quiet on the field during games.
