If you missed it earlier this week, it was announced that the MLB All-Star game is headed back to Coors Field.
It’s obviously great news for baseball fans in Denver, Colorado and across the region. It’s even better news for businesses in and around Coors Field that have been crushed by COVID-19. But it’s also potentially great news for the Denver Broncos.
The Colorado Rockies last hosted the All-Star game in 1998. The Colorado Avalanche hosted the NHL All-Star game in 2001, the same season the Avs won the Stanley Cup.
