The NFL has reportedly decided to remove two preseason games from the NFL schedule. There are going to be some tougher decisions in regards to roster cuts now, but some players may have caught a break with this news. Specifically, a Denver Broncos tight end.
It appears that Jake Butt got some news that he could use going forward. Butt has been unable to really get on the field for the Broncos during his career.
He has played in just three games, totaling eight receptions for 85 yards.
Butt missed all of the 2019 season and most of 2018 with injuries and that has begged the question of whether or not he would be able to catch on to the roster going forward.
