With the hiring of Pat Shurmur as offensive coordinator, the Denver Broncos are looking to have an experienced coach capable of getting a lot of out Drew Lock's potential. I personally believe the hire was great. It did come at the expense of Rich Scangarello, but having a veteran offensive mind in Denver is what the team needs.
The next thing the Denver Broncos need to do is find some playmakers to help Drew Lock's development and allow Shurmur to really get a lot out of the Broncos offense. Who else could the team add with Phillip Lindsay, Courtland Sutton, and Noah Fant?
