The Denver Broncos made a couple of roster moves on Tuesday afternoon, signing linebacker Joe Jones away from the Seattle Seahawks’ practice squad, waiving linebacker Kevin Snyder.
Snyder had been with the Broncos’ practice squad this year and in 2016 before joining the active roster recently, getting some of his first regular season NFL action.
The move was reported by multiple Denver sports media outlets, first by Mike Klis:
What are the Broncos getting in Mr. Joseph Jones?
Well, they are certainly getting a very athletic linebacker, there’s no doubt about that. The Seattle Seahawks groom a very specific type, and there’s a reason they brought Jones into the fold even just on the practice squad.
