Denver Broncos: Options to try and replace Emmanuel Sanders

The Denver Broncos lost Emmanuel Sanders for the 2018 season when he tore his Achilles in practice. The injury to Sanders is as brutal as it gets for the Broncos’ offense, especially after the defense just lost Chris Harris Jr. with a fracture in his leg.

Replacing Sanders — who has 71 receptions for 868 yards and four touchdowns, along with a rushing touchdown and a passing touchdown this season — is not possible. There are simply no players available right now who can do the same types of things he can do.

The Broncos are going to have to replace Sanders by committee, and they are going to have to rely much more heavily on rookie fourth-round pick DaeSean Hamilton, who led the receiver group in snaps against the Bengals.
