Injuries in sports are not entirely avoidable. Sadly, that was the case for Denver Broncos guard Nico Falah.
Near the end of OTAs Monday, Falah was carted off the field with what turned out to be a torn Achilles’ tendon. The injury will knock him out a significant amount of time, including the entire 2019 season.
Per source, G-C Nico Falah did suffer Achilles tear. He's out for season. He was on Broncos' 53-man roster for final 10 games last year but was never activated on game day. #9sports https://t.co/j2T7VUKnVy

Falah is a reserve offensive lineman who was trying to earn a spot on the 53-man roster.
