The Denver Broncos didn’t have a single scenario in 2018 when putting together their own mock drafts that involved Bradley Chubb still being on the board with the fifth overall pick.
It was expected that either the Giants or Browns would be taking Chubb with the second or fourth overall pick, but the Giants took Saquon Barkley and the Browns surprisingly took Denzel Ward.
The Broncos then took a trade they had in place with the Buffalo Bills off the table to take Chubb, a player that was simply too good to pass up on. Could the same thing happen in 2019?
