Following the Denver Broncos’ unfortunately justified decision to release Chad Kelly, the team set out for a third quarterback to come in and learn the offense, develop, and potentially show the team what he can do next offseason, camp, and preseason.
That quarterback is none other than former Colorado State Rams star Garrett Grayson, a third-round pick in the 2015 NFL Draft by the New Orleans Saints.
Since he was drafted in 2015, Grayson has played strictly in preseason action and has not had the best of luck. He has thrown more interceptions than touchdowns and hasn’t completed passes at a high rate when given the chance to throw.
