The Broncos made some interesting future contract additions on Tuesday, headlined by former Big Ten stars DeVier Posey (WR) and B.J. Lowery (CB).
DeVier Posey is a player I’d like to park on for a minute. He is a former high third round pick of the Houston Texans (2012) when Gary Kubiak was the head coach there. His senior season in 2011 was cut short to just five games and his career with the Texans never really got going.
Once Bill O’Brien took over in Houston, they didn’t really have a place for him and he was sent to the New York Jets in a draft-day trade.
