A couple of weeks ago, it was learned that the Denver Broncos were bringing in quarterback Nathan Peterman for a workout. That news didn’t get anyone overly excited, but the Broncos weren’t done working out quarterbacks with Peterman.
As a matter of fact, the Broncos went a pretty exciting route with their most recent quarterback workout, bringing in CFL star Bo Levi Mitchell.
The Broncos tried out WRs Shay Fields and Greg Ward as well as QB Bo Levi Mitchell today.
Fields, a former CU Buff, was signed to the practice squad.

Not to be confused with former Ole Miss quarterback Bo Wallace, Mitchell is coming off of a championship season with the Calgary Stampeders in which he was named CFL Most Outstanding Player, CFL All-Star, and Grey Cup MVP.
