The Denver Broncos officially announced their offseason workout program schedule on Monday. Their nine-week voluntary offseason program will begin on April 10th and run through the middle of June.
The offseason workout program has three phases clearly outlined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the NFL and NFLPA, so there is no real deviation from these rules. The three phases are as follows:
Phase One: During the first two weeks of the program, teams may conduct only strength and conditioning and physical rehabilitation activities.
Phase Two: The following three weeks may include on-field workouts, individual player instruction and drills.
