The Broncos are coming off their much needed bye week and are looking a bit healthier than they were prior to the bye. However, they still have a handful of key veterans sitting out practice and/or dealing with injuries.
Linebacker Brandon Marshall continued to sit out practice with a knee injury. He missed the game against Houston and now is in danger of missing this divisional matchup against the Chargers. If so, look for rookie Josey Jewell get the start once again in his place.
Also sitting out practice was reserve safety Dymonte Thomas with an ankle injury.
