ORLANDO, Fla. — As the NFL’s annual meetings neared its end, Broncos general manager John Elway continued to make moves to bolster his defense.
Wednesday morning, Denver acquired safety Su’a Cravens from the Redskins in exchange for a 2018 fifth-round pick (No. 163 overall) and a conditional sixth-round selection in 2020, an NFL source confirmed. The deal included a total of six draft picks, but the four others were swaps. In the fourth round in 2018, Denver moves from No. 109 to 113, and in the fifth round, Denver falls seven spots from 142 to 149.
