There was a media frenzy when the Denver Broncos selected numerous players ready to make an impact right away in 2018.
We are quickly seeing it come to fruition.
This is a welcome sight because of the team’s struggles in recent years. The team searched for depth in the draft, but in the process selected players poised for major roles in 2018.
Much like the addition of Shane Ray a few seasons ago, the Broncos did not necessarily need to prioritize an edge rusher in the draft. As fate would have it, the team chose arguably the best player in the entire class in North Carolina State’s Bradley Chubb.
