Broncos receiver Demaryius Thomas did not practice Monday but is expected back on the field Wednesday, coach Gary Kubiak said. The team has an off-day Tuesday.
Thomas injured his hip during the first quarter of the Broncos’ season-opening victory against the Panthers, but returned to the game to finish with four catches and 48 receiving yards.
ESPN reported Sunday that Thomas sought a second opinion after undergoing an MRI on Friday.
“I really don’t have a comment on that,” Kubiak said. “I just know he’s doing really good and we expect him to be on the field.
