Demaryius Thomas’ forgettable night will remain etched in the history books. Sound familiar?
For nearly 58 minutes of the Broncos’ 30-24 overtime victory against the Patriots, Thomas went catch-less. None of Brock Osweiler’s 11 pass attempts to Thomas had been caught, resulting in many images of the star receiving walking back to the line of scrimmage with his hands on his hips, shaking his head in frustration.
But the catching drought — and some of the frustration — ended with 2:31 remaining in the fourth quarter, when Thomas pulled in a 36-yard reception.
