After the Broncos failed to move the football into field-goal range on their first drive, a 49ers miscue gave them a second chance. Jaquiski Tartt muffed a punt, Will Parks recovered, and after review, Denver got the ball back in great field position. A Paxton Lynch throw to Bennie Fowler drew a pass interference call that brought the ball to the San Francisco 1-yard line, and C.J. Anderson barreled in for the game’s first points.
Bouncing the Broncos' way
The Niners had a tough time holding onto the ball Saturday night, as they turned it over five times during the game.
