The Broncos have agreed to a two-year deal with former Houston Texans defensive end Jared Crick.
Crick, 26, started 31 of 32 games for the Texans over the past two seasons. The former fourth-round pick from Nebraska has made 5.5 career sacks, 146 tackles and 13 pass deflections over four seasons.
Crick, 6-foot-4, 285 pounds, spent his first two seasons with Broncos coach Gary Kubiak and defensive coordinator Wade Phillips in Houston, so he should be familiar with their scheme. He also spent three years with Broncos defensive line coach Bill Kollar in Houston.
