ENGLEWOOD, Colo. – As he propped himself up with crutches, the result of a fractured right fibula that Denver Broncos safety David Bruton Jr. suffered in Sunday's loss in Pittsburgh, Bruton not only had the play that has ended his season on his mind, but one that followed two plays later.
Shortly after Bruton suffered his leg injury on a collision with Broncos cornerback Aqib Talib in the first quarter of Sunday’s loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers, he was hit helmet to helmet by Steelers center Cody Wallace after Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown was already down.
