Could Broncos interim coach Joe DeCamillis become a viable head coach?

Joe DeCamillis is learning life is different as a head coach. He’s taking over the Broncos this week while head coach Gary Kubiak rests and recovers from what has been diagnosed as a complex migraine.

The main priority for DeCamillis, the Broncos special teams coach, is maintaining the template Kubiak has established and keeping the team on track before playing Thursday night at San Diego.

DeCamillis, a 28-year coaching veteran admit, however, that being a head coach is something that he could see for himself in the future. Thursday could be his audition to the rest of the league that he’s a name that deserved interest if an opportunity arises.
