Video footage was released for the first time Wednesday that shows a homeowner chasing former Denver Broncos backup quarterback Chad Kelly from his home with a vacuum cleaner pipe.
Kelly pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal trespassing on Wednesday in Arapahoe County District Court and was sentenced to 1 year of supervised probation and 50 hours of community service. The video was released after The Denver Post submitted an open records request to the Arapahoe County District Attorney’s Office.
Kelly had been attending linebacker Von Miller‘s annual Halloween party when he wandered into a couple’s Englewood home.
