Denver Broncos backup quarterback Chad Kelly has gotten himself into some serious trouble after being arrested and charged by the Englewood Police Department with first-degree criminal trespassing early Tuesday morning.
According to the press release, a call was made at 1:17 a.m. reporting a man standing outside of a residence. When police arrived, that man was inside the residence and fled on foot. That man, Kelly, was later found and arrested for criminal trespassing and transported to the Arapahoe County Jail.
Criminal trespassing is a serious charge and one that will likely put Kelly’s future with the Broncos in jeopardy.
