When the Denver Broncos signed free agent cornerback Bryce Callahan for a three-year, $21 million deal in March, they had probably hoped he would see the field in a real NFL game before November. It’s looking like that isn’t going to happen.
Per Mike Klis of 9News, Callahan will undergo a non-surgical procedure on the same left foot that has kept him limited all offseason. He’ll be shut down for at least four more weeks, but given how this rehab has done we might need to prepare for even longer than that.
