Jeff Legwold of ESPN reports that the Broncos worked out veteran P Jeff Locke on Thursday.
The Broncos are taking on Bengals and P Jordan Taylor this week, so the decision to work out Locke is due to the fact that they wanted to get their returning comfortable fielding punts from a left-footed punter.
Locke, 28, if a former fifth-round pick by the Vikings in the 2013 NFL Draft. He finished his four-year rookie contract with Minnesota and reportedly had several teams interested in him this offseason.
