The Broncos on Monday waived wide receiver David Porter and were awarded offensive tackle Matt Hall off waivers from the Indianapolis Colts.
Hall, 6-foot-9, 326-pounds, signed with the Vikings as an undrafted free agent from Belhaven University in May 2014. He signed with the Colts two months later, but landed on their injured reserve with a triceps tear after going unclaimed.
Porter, a 5-foot-11, 205-pound receiver from Texas Christian University, signed with the Broncos as a college free agent in May. In his four seasons with the Horned Frogs, he made 74 receptions for 954 yards and 10 touchdowns.
