The Denver Broncos made a change to their roster on Sunday. They released second-year edge rusher Jeff Holland and signed rookie undrafted free agent Rashard Causey who was released last week by the Atlanta Falcons.
Holland, 21, was an undrafted free agent last year and spent his first season in Denver mostly on the practice squad, but was promoted to the active roster in late November. He finished with six tackles. The emergence of rookie Malik Reed has apparently made Holland’s roster spot expendable as the team decided to move in another direction.
